Panic attacks, phobias, extreme shyness, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, and generalized anxiety disrupt the lives of an estimated 15% of the population. tAPir is a free grass-roots website dedicated to providing information, relief, and support for those recovering from debilitating anxiety.
